The Nick Foles saga in Philadelphia has finally come to a close. He will not be traded and he will not be franchise tagged. Foles now has the freedom to choose where he wants to go and has been linked to Jacksonville and former QB coach John DeFilippo for weeks.

Foles was drafted in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft when Andy Reid was the head coach. He put up a historic season in 2013 with Chip Kelly at the controls and then was shipped to the Rams in exchange for Sam Bradford (yikes). Foles was a bottom-tier starter under the watch of Jeff Fisher and nearly quit football before his former coach lured him to Kansas City as a backup. He returned to Philadelphia with Pederson and took over for Carson Wentz late in the season, leading the team to a Super Bowl victory (and capturing MVP honors). He came in late in the season again for a late run, ultimately falling in the Divisional round. Foles will always be remembered for his heroics, and goes down as a Philadelphia legend (with a statue, at that).

Foles has career totals of 11,165 yards, 68 touchdowns, and 33 interceptions.
